Job Description
The purpose of this position is to direct and supervise student on-campus housing as well as maintaining established policies and standards. The Supervisor is required to live on campus in an apartment at WITCC student housing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan student-oriented events with an emphasis on intentional interaction and retention.
- Direct student Resident Assistant training and meetings.
- Assist in developing budget; monitor expenditures and inventory.
- Schedule cleaning, repairs and maintenance.
- Enforce housing policies and issue warnings and fines.
- Provide intervention and serve as liaison for residents.
- Market student housing to internal and external customers.
- Supervise student Resident Assistants and housing staff.
- Assist in resident financial aid and payment verification.
- Maintain regular occupancy and audit reports.
- Use excellent communication and human relation skills.
- Use database applications to create and manage files and communicate requested information, maintaining confidentiality.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:
This is a full-time, grade 6, administrative position with a starting wage of $48,032. Supervisors are required to live on campus in an apartment at WITCC student housing. Weekend on-call rotation required as well as occasional evening responsibilities which could include holidays. Fulltime benefits include health, dental, long-term disability and life insurance; retirement, tuition waiver; vacation, sick leave and holidays.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in related field.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
