Manufacturing and Logistics Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in preparing and securing pallets with boots for transportation to our Distribution Center. Additionally, you will assist with the receiving and handling of raw goods materials to support our production processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or materials needed
• Manually move raw goods and other materials to and from the warehouse or production areas
• Use basic mathematics to determine the appropriate number or items needed
• Manually move finished products from the production area to the warehouse for staging
• Prepare, organize, and secure pallets for safe transport
• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse by dusting, sweeping, and disposing of any trash or broken pallets
• Building boot boxes as needed.

• Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs
• Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse
• Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull materials off shelves, as well as replenish shelves, from various heights weighing between 10-55 pounds throughout shift
