Overview :
The Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine is seeking a full-time specialist in general academic obstetrics and gynecology to support expanding clinical services and a newer residency program. Applicants at all levels of experience will be considered. We are looking for dynamic, compassionate, and dedicated physicians to join our collaborative team in a full-time academic role.
Responsibilities :
Primary responsibilities include direct patient care, teaching and mentoring medical students and residents and collaborating with other faculty in clinical research and academic projects.
Qualifications :
- Applicants must possess an MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility.
- Qualifications to obtain a Michigan Medical License.
- Previous faculty experience in an academic setting is preferred.
- Candidates with an interest in medical education, population health, gynecological ultrasound and implementation science are especially encouraged to apply.
- Salary and academic rank are based on qualifications.
