We are seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance person to join our team in the Maintenance department which serves all Western Montana Clinic locations
In this position you will:
- Meets daily with Manager to discuss special projects, problems and assigned work.
- Responsible for snow removal including shoveling snow from doorways, stairways, walkways and parking lots. Spreads sand or de icer as needed to prevent slipping.
- Performs routine and specific maintenance work as assigned.
- Completes work orders as assigned and demonstrates ability to prioritize work orders.
- Assembles, moves, installs, repairs and cleans furniture and fixtures, file cabinets, chairs, etc.
- Must be proficient at painting.
- Responds to emergency equipment problems.
- Assists other staff on repair, remodeling or installation projects.
- Regulates building heating and cooling thermostats.
- Assists with electrical repairs with supervision.
- Keeps manager informed of any unsafe items or conditions.
- Local travel required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license required
