The Client Intake Specialist at Western Montana Mental Health Center is responsible for managing client intake processes and supporting accounts receivable operations. This role involves verifying insurance eligibility, benefit assignment creation, processing intake paperwork, claims creation, processing billing batches for submission, and handling claim adjustments, denials, and authorizations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two (2) years of experience in insurance authorization, verification, and related billing functions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance programs.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications for data entry, organization, and communication.
- Ability to pass a background check upon offer of employment.
- A valid MT Driver’s license and a good driving record are preferred but not required.
