Description
The PACT Team Lead is a transdisciplinary team of a fast-paced and energized Assertive Community Treatment team, supporting clients with a team wrap-around-care approach. As a team lead, you will supervise and evaluate the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure excellent, courteous, helpful, and respectful services. Scheduling, mentoring, operations, and hiring are all tasks that you will perform in your new position.

Qualifications
A PACT Team Lead will have a strong understanding of severe and chronic mental illnesses, and has excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving and time management skills. They will have experience managing employees, and implementing programming policies, procedures, and protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred
- Minimum of one year (1) experience in Behavioral Health preferred
- Ability to pass a background check upon offer of employment
- Montana Driver License with good driving record

Salary : $58,000 - $78,027
