Job Summary
Our industry-leading door, window and millwork company has an opportunity for an organized and dedicated Inside Support person to join our team! Our long term, relationship-based customers are professional home builders in the Portland Metro area. If you are looking to grow your career, this may be the opportunity you are looking for.
Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
• Daily data entry of window orders & job addresses
• Print & proof orders against window confirmations
• Match up & filing
• Pool orders & create PO’s
• Basic computer skills and typing skills
• Detail oriented and good organizational skills

• An employee will begin to earn and accrue PTO on the first day of employment and is eligible to use accrued PTO beginning on the 90th calendar day of employment. The amount of PTO earned is based on your length of employment as follows:
Years of Employment Total Earned Per Year
1st – 2nd Year 8 days
3rd – 5th Year - Usable after 2nd anniversary 13 Days
6th – 10 th Year - Useable after 5th anniversary 15 Days
11th – 15th Year- Useable after 10th anniversary 18 Days
16th – 20th Year- Useable after the 15th anniversary 20 Days
20th plus Years Useable after 20th anniversary 22 Days
