PART TIME with path to FULL TIME Employment

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a hardworking professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and description as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Outline of Duties and Responsibilities

***MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE***

· Primarily support the Accounts Receivable with business administration

· Answer phones while managing walk in clients

· Update and maintain accounting databases

· Reconcile credit card receipts to statements

· Build great rapport with clients, students and staff

· Assist with placement of students into the workforce for gainful employment after graduation

· Schedule DMV appointments for students

· Make confirmation calls for various scheduled appointments

· Consistent communication with management on issues and developments

· Clerical tasks

· Print and process student training documents

· Manage supplies (office, student, and admin documents)

· Ensure office remains clean and tidy

· Additional tasks assigned by Management

Qualifications:

· ***MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE***

· Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

· Experience in accounting, financial planning and analytical roles

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
