Looking for a Bookkeeping Assistant for a growing company. We are a full service physical therapy billing and management office, located in Redding, CA. This is a full-time, benefited position that has potential for significant advancement in the accounting and financial management within our company.
Anticipated hours will be M-F, 8-5. This position is available immediately.
Pay range: starting at $20-23/hour, DOE
Benefits include: PTO, Health Insurance, monthly office bonus, and an employer matching retirement plan.
Job Duties:
*Provide support to Bookkeeper and Accountant
*Assist with creating and editing financial documents.
*Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company.
*Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
*Assist with payroll
*Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds.
*General data entry/filing
*Organization
Qualities Desired:
*Bachelor’s in Finance preferred but not required
*Knowledgeable with QuickBooks
*Experience with A/P & A/R
*Detail oriented
*Enjoys/loves working with numbers
*Can work independently or in a team
*Reliable and trustworthy
*Proficient at multi-tasking
*Strong computer skills
