Summary:
Our
receptionist is the first person to meet, greet and direct visitors and direct
them to the appropriate destination or person and ensure all the appropriate protocols
are followed.
Receptionists are also responsible for providing administrative support such as answering phones, collecting and distributing mail and newspapers and maintain the lobby area.
The receptionist will also support the Business Office Manager, the Sales Department or other departments with various administrative tasks and help the nursing department with creating and distributing schedules.
Our receptionist is the first person to meet, greet and direct visitors and direct them to the appropriate destination or person and ensure all the appropriate protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, with emphasis on business, or general education degree (GED); three years’ experience in an administrative/receptionist position highly preferred
