What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Western Reserve Masonic Community?
At Western Reserve Masonic Community, we pride ourselves on
being the trusted partner to help people age respectfully and our employees are
the key to this success. A fun,
supportive, team-based work environment, we want our
employees to love what they do so our community members are happy and receiving
the best care. We want you to be
equipped with all the tools you need to provide the best care possible, so we

Innovation Award. If a community or
staff member has an idea for something to make life better or work easier? We find a way to make it happen.
We want to take care of you as much as you take care of our community members. That’s why we offer competitive benefits including paying up to $5,000 a year for tuition so you can further your education and your career. We also understand that everybody goes through tough times, so our HOPE program provides financial assistance to employees in need.
Don’t let our name confuse you; you don’t need to be Masonic to live or work here. Our history is rooted in the Masonic values of service and charity, but that doesn’t mean we’re all Masons. In fact, many of our residents and employees aren’t!
We’re ready for you to join our team!
