What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director, Clinical Operations position at Western Reserve?
Provides effective leadership and management of day-to-day business operations of multiple medical practices. Works with VP, Physicians Inc to assist in oversight and direction of site managers to facilitate efficient and effective operation workflows. Oversees the integration of established medical practices and assists in the development and integration of new physician practices. Additional responsibilities will include strategic planning, fiscal management, resource allocation, quality management, as well as overall compliance with regulatory processes.
Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- Two (2) to four (4) years related professional experience in an administrative Healthcare leadership role.
- Two (2) years’ experience in specialty practice preferred.
