Responsibilities
- Grow the company's technological capabilities to ensure they meet the company's company's goals.
- Identify and implement technologies that give an edge to the company.
- Collaborates with other departments to streamline company policies and rules by implementing new technologies.
- Support all business units by making sure technology is used profitably.
- Ensure the efficiency and functionality of all systems and infrastructure.
- Design and implement QA and data security processes.
- Assess performance by monitoring budgets and KPIs.
- Create feedback loops from stakeholders to define improvements and adjustments.
- Establishes and enforces appropriate Internet usage policies for employees.
- Assesses new technology and gives technological solutions recommendations.
