We are currently seeking an experienced project manager responsible for developing & monitoring job specific schedules, overseeing the development of shop drawing submittals, reviewing & negotiating contract agreements, coordinating deliveries of material, pricing & submitting additional costs, managing scope, and budget control. Communicating directly with shop organization personnel, general contractor customers, and authority to direct subcontractors (such as detailing firms, erection companies, Vulcraft joist/deck supplier).
Experience, reliability, organization, communication, and character are the key skills we are seeking for this position.
