Join our team in helping serve your community! WSDCA is seeking a full time Human Resources generalist to help coordinate staffing, employee training and benefits. WSDCA has served Western South Dakota for 60 years and provides excellent benefits and an enriching workplace. A 5% matched 403b plan, 80/20 health plan and performance-based annual increases are part of our employment package. The salary range listed is for starting wage, DOE.
The successful candidate will have at least one year of direct responsibilities in an HR role, preferably in a nonprofit setting. Required experience includes employee onboarding, hiring processes including applicant screening, scheduling and reporting, benefits management and employee records. Awareness of conflict resolution, confidentiality procedures and labor laws is essential. Will function as part of the Business office in engagement, retention and training. Relevant experience must be detailed on your resume with employment dates, title and roles to be considered for an interview.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
