Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Specialist to support our field operations. This role is crucial in overseeing project execution, ensuring smooth collaboration between superintendents, project managers, and field crews. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving efficiency, maintaining compliance, and assisting in the successful completion of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of multiple construction projects.· Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and provide proactive solutions.· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.· Assist in procurement, vendor coordination, and material tracking.· Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing operational best practices.
- Act as a liaison between field teams and leadership, providing clear communication and operational support.
- Support project documentation, including reports, schedules, and workflow updates.
- Assist in the allocation of labor, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with superintendents, project managers, and field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in construction operations, project coordination, or a similar role.· Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and industry regulations.· Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or related field preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
