What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Specialist position at Western Technical College?
Western Technical College seeks a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our facilities team as a custodial worker. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our Tomah campus facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean buildings, floors, and other facilities
- Perform grounds upkeep, including litter removal and emptying trash and ash urns as needed
- Support snow plowing efforts during winter months
In addition to performing these tasks, you will work closely with our facility operations manager to ensure that all maintenance needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a non-benefit eligible role working 20 hours/week, second shift variable schedule. We offer competitive hourly pay rates based on education and experience.
