Bay Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! Our CCSs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.

Our team is comprised of multiple talented veterinarians, multiple RVTs, and a highly skilled support staff that is dedicated to providing exceptional medicine and building lasting client relationships. We have a stellar reputation (check out our online reviews!) and have been trusted to care for more than 235,000 pets. We also have great relationships with mobile specialists (ortho, cardio, ophthalmology) which expand upon our routine, soft-tissue, and dental services. Our hospital itself is in a great location off N Sepulveda Blvd, and just minutes from the shoreline. We have 8 exam rooms, a large treatment area, separate surgery and dental suites, and are well-equipped with digital radiology, new ultrasound machines, full IDEXX lab, electronic record keeping (Impromed), and more.
