Client Service Representative

Animal Clinic of Kalispell is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Reception team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a full-time, position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.

Minimum Qualifications And Skillset

• 1 years of client service experience
• Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
• Proficiency in the following skills:
• Providing first class client communication and education
• Booking appointments
• Daily assignments/scheduling
• Checking clients in and out
• Answering client questions and concerns
• Monitoring email and phone correspondence
• Scanning, copying, typing/other general office duties
• Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable
• Liaising between clients and technical team
