About Us
We are a blue collar gear brand based out of Texas. We sell work shirts and welding gear materials to hard working individuals across the country. Currently we are setting up our wholesale program and need your help to do it! We have lead lists from some of the largest retailers in our space precompiled in a CRM and an ongoing pipeline that is being serviced by a mix of people in the business. However, as the program starts to take off we need someone to chase down those opportunities and help this side of the business grow.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for technical sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.
Duties
- Conduct outbound and warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Develop a deep understanding of our market offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
- Negotiate terms of agreements with clients to maximize business potential.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or technical sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and driving results in business development initiatives.
