Production Team Member:
As a CNC Lathe Set Up Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for setting up and operating multiple machines simultaneously to meet production demands, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate multiple machines as required by the routing.
- Ensure accurate and efficient production processes.
- Perform quality checks per WEOP0855 and associated Inspection Record (QF08120).
- Request raw materials in a timely manner as needed for production and maintain accuracy of all inventory procedures.
Requirements:
- High School Education or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
