Job Description:
Roofing Consultant Responsibilities
· Prospect new customers and self-generate leads and referrals.
· Adhere to the schedule set by Westfall Roofing.
· Follow up with customer for up to 4 weeks after estimate.
· Collect final payment from customers when requested.
· Walk through process, features, and advantages with potential clients and homeowners.
· Measure roof size, pitch, required accessories, etc.
· Complete Notice of Commencements (NOC) signed by customer.
· Average 1 hour meeting time with each homeowner.
· Meet potential customer at the property’s address.
· Evaluate roof conditions for potential customers.
· Diligently manage day-to-day interactions with potential clients and homeowners.
· File NOCs and permits (if necessary).
· Actively participate in the roof replacement process with the homeowner.
· Obtain online reviews from customers.
· Establish and manage accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
