We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing roofing company. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and have a passion for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, educating homeowners about our roofing services, and closing deals. No prior experience in roofing sales? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Responsibilities:
- Canvass residential neighborhoods, engage with homeowners, and generate leads
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of our roofing services and address any questions or concerns
- Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate estimates (training provided)
- Follow up with potential customers to close deals and maintain client relationships
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and maximize outreach
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly motivated and eager to earn based on performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong work ethic
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training!
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods and be able to walk on roofs
- Must have a Clean, Neat, & Professional appearance
- Reliable transportation to and from work areas

Please note: You will NOT be installing roofs. Our exceptional production team handles installations. Your role is focused on day to day Roof Inspections and customer service.
