About the role
As a Fitness Coach, you will play a key role in our operational team, promoting vitality and well-being among our customers through fitness instruction, personal training, and group classes.
What You’ll Do
- Inspire and motivate individuals to improve their fitness and well-being
- Lead both one-on-one and group training sessions, accommodating all experience levels
- Promote the benefits of exercise, recovery, and overall wellness
- Support recovery and mindfulness through restorative movement practices, mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, and recovery strategies
- Work alongside a passionate team to ensure smooth, high-quality fitness operations
