- Full time availability M-F 7:00am to 3:00pm is required
- Sensitivity and respect for people of various backgrounds, cultures, experiences,
- Must be able to obtain a food handler’s card within 2 weeks of hire as well as
- Oversee the breakfast and lunch service of all Westfield Washington students.
- Maintain records and logs compliant with state and federal regulations.
- Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes, production records and
- Serves meals to students, staff, parents, etc. and ensures lines are stocked.
- Ensures quality of prepared food based on Westfield Washington standards and
- Maintains equipment, serving utensils, storage areas, food preparation and
- Inventories food, condiments, supplies, etc.
- Assist with receiving, checking temperatures, and putting away deliveries.
- Ensure kitchen is sanitary at end of the day to include but not limited to
- Merchandises food and beverage items according to Westfield Washington
- Follows all safety protocols.
- Cross train in all roles of the cafeteria and fill in when needed to ensure staff
- Other duties as assigned.
