About the Job:
We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and service to our residents. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the resident care plan and ensuring that all services on assigned units are coordinated and supervised effectively.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
* Coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
* Rounding regularly on nursing units to ensure high-quality care.
* Creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
* Facilitating communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors as needed to ensure resident care needs are appropriately met.
