- Greet, register, assign rooms and issue room keys to guests.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Calculate bills, collect payments, and make necessary corrections required.
- Listen to guest complaints and strives to find solutions in a timely manner.
- Answer guest questions and provide accurate information about property and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to Westgate’s company core values : Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership team.
