As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.
Job Description
As a Host / Hostess, you will greet and welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Your role includes assisting with guest questions, maintaining a clean entrance area, and communicating with the waitstaff and kitchen team.
You will also handle guest concerns professionally and contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service, we would love to have you on our team.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm.
- Manage and coordinate reservations and seating arrangements.
- Keep dining areas clean and set.
- Ensure critical communication with the kitchen and service team is maintained.
- Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times.
- Help create a memorable dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
