Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service? We're seeking a Night Auditor to oversee late-night operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide outstanding service to our guests.

As a Night Auditor, you will:

• Check all Front Desk transactions and make corrections if necessary
• Examine department activities for compliance with management plans and policies
• Prepare and submit audit findings and makes recommendations to management
• Write vouchers, run folios, run calculator tapes on all vouchers and balance with the daily report in preparation for the accounting department
• Balance all credit cards and transfer to the bank
• Run rooms report and verify rates
• Check in and out guests
• Be responsible for closing out the business day and generating daily reports to include all front desk and retail outlets within the designated resorts
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Night Audit Supervisor

Qualifications

• ​​High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and positive environment for guests
• Must be able to lift up to 15lbs and stand for long periods
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
