Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will:
- Receive work orders through HotSOS and assigns to Team Members for completion
- Review work orders for items or guest requests concerning from the previous day and follow up on assignments to be completed
- Respond to guests calls through HotSOS, email, phone or in-person requests on furniture repairs and/or replacement
- Take care of public areas furniture such as sales, lobby, restaurants and other areas as assigned
- Cleans upholstery and room accessories to remove effects of smoke and water damage such as dirt, soot, stains, mildew, and excess water and moisture
- Make repairs on furniture that includes the removing of coverings, webbing and padding from seat arms, back and sides of work piece
- Measure and cuts new covering material
- Conducts a regular inspection of sewing machine equipment
- Ensures all floor equipment is serviced regularly: floor machines, buffers, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers
- Prepares weekly labor schedule for Managerial review
- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Written and verbal communication in English is expected.
- Must regularly lift and/or move, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.
