Job Description
As a Resort Shuttle Driver, you will:
- Safely transport guests and team members between resort locations and designated stops on an established route, adhering to the highest safety and service standards.
- Provide timely assistance for passengers with disabilities, ensuring safe entry and exit from the vehicle.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, logging and reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the department manager.
- Communicate with dispatch and other drivers via radio to report schedule updates or any service disruptions.
- Maintain a clean, fueled vehicle ready for operation; handle minor cleaning and service tasks as needed.
- Deliver interoffice mail and small packages within the resort as assigned.
- Offer courteous and professional service, including answering guests’ questions about the resort and local attractions.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and ongoing training to ensure compliance with resort policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- CDL Class B license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate a variety of shuttle vehicles safely and confidently.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
