REPORTS TO : ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT, SERVICES
LOCATION : QUEENS, NY
SALARY : $85,000 - $95,000

SUMMARY
The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration of the NYC homeless shelter. Provides leadership for the day-to-day operation of the social services and security operation of the facility, as well as program accountability to ensure service goals are met or exceeded. Proof of COVID-19 vaccine is required.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
REQUIREMENTS :
Master’s Degree preferred. A bachelor's degree is required in human services or a related field. At least 4 years of supervisory experience operating a DHS shelter is preferred. Strong administrative skills and an understanding of residential operations are required. Experience in program management and knowledge of OTDA and DHS regulations are required. Proficient in working in CARES
