What You’ll Do:

- Lead by example—step in to assist with tasks when needed and model best practices for the team
- Develop, coach, and mentor warehouse staff with a strong focus on continuous training and performance improvement
- Establish, track, and report on KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, safety, and inventory control
- Oversee receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound logistics
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that boost speed, reduce errors, and support scalability
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, purchasing, and leadership teams to meet company goals
2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL environment
- A natural leader who enjoys being on the floor, actively engaged with the team
- Strong understanding of warehouse systems, inventory control, and operational KPIs
- Skilled in training and developing staff to achieve individual and team goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and highly dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, physically active environment
- Forklift experience and certification is a plus
