We are looking for an organized individual to join our rapidly growing furniture company and work side by side with our warehouse crew. The Warehouse Returns Specialist is expected to maintain, build, and create strong relationships with our customers. They should represent the company in a positive light by helping our team to the best of their ability and striving for continuous improvement. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Receive inbound customer / vendor returns.
Log all returns, RMA #, tracking # into the system.
Performs QC on all returns to determine which items are re-sellable and which need to be disposed of.
Taking return pictures for Claims and Disputes.
Assigns skid number and bin locations
Verifies physical inventory counts
Prepares Return to Stock Inventory transfers and Red Tag inventory for re-stocking (removing labels etc.)
Check e-mails daily to input RMA submissions and RMA concerns.
Repacks items in new boxes.
Palletizes product.
Ensuring work areas are clean
Skills
Proven work experience with returns. We are looking for 2-3 years of warehouse returns experience .
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
