- Log all returns, RMA #, tracking # into the system.
- Performs QC on all returns to determine which items are re-sellable and which need to be disposed of.
- Taking return pictures for Claims and Disputes.
- Assigns skid number and bin locations
- Verifies physical inventory counts
- Prepares Return to Stock Inventory transfers and Red Tag inventory for re-stocking (removing labels etc.)
- Check e-mails daily to input RMA submissions and RMA concerns.
- Repacks items in new boxes.
- Palletizes product.
- Ensuring work areas are clean
- Proven work experience with returns
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
