Success Profile:

• A High School diploma or GED is essential.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or military service is advantageous.
• Capability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and handle hazardous materials, with clean-shaven readiness daily.
• Strength to lift and maneuver 40 lbs.
• Willingness to commit to a 4x4 shift pattern, alternating between 11-hour days on and four days off, covering 38.5 hours weekly, with the flexibility for both daytime and nighttime shifts.
