JOB SUMMARY
The Associate-HRBP is responsible for the day-to-day human resources function, which includes responsibility for applying HR expertise to assigned client groups with recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices while facilitating positive working relationships.
The role is expected onsite daily based in Pompano Beach, FL, with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time within Central Florida. This role is based in a warehouse environment supporting logistics and distribution teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Process Payroll utilizing WorkDay Timekeeper System
- Enforce compliance with company policy and procedures
- Support all company Safety policies and procedures
- Carries out a variety of HR programs
- Focus on employee engagement using a variety of tools and activities
- Administration and tracking of all data going to the HR Service Center
- Participates in recruitment efforts, including partnerships with temp agencies
- Leads employee events and recognition
- Strategically coordinates the use of temporary employees
- Leads the Onboarding process from job posting through orientations
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
- Communicate effectively with team members and share appropriate information to ensure team success
- Collaborates with HRBP peers and client groups across the organization to ensure that where business strategies and employee issues overlap, there is a consistent approach to resolving problems and alignment in seeking a standard solution
- Providing accurate admin support about the employee life cycle
- Trained, coached, and developed employees.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years experience in HR tactical role
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee should possess the ability to:
- Prolong standing or in stationary position
- Complete repetitive movements
- Withstand exposure to temperature extremes inside or out
- Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that maybe uncomfortable
- Daily walks on shop floor requiring the ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions
- When appropriate wear all required personal protective equipment
- Lift/move/transport items up to 15 pounds
