The Bilingual Recruiter I is responsible for the recruitment of staffing needs of Westland Real Estate Group by delivering full life-cycle recruiting. The Recruiter will use their abilities to source, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
Minimum Requirements
Position prefers 1-3 years of progressive recruiting experience in recruiting and human resources, preferably in Property Management.

Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent research skills and attention to details.
Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required.
Personal Competencies:
Ability to maintain complex records and to assemble and organize data
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, must also have experience in planning and organizing, prioritizing, problem assessment and problem-solving
Customer service-oriented with the ability to work both independently and in teams.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and facilitate the hiring process.
Screen and refer qualified applicants to the hiring manager for interviewing. May provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.
Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.
Develop applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads on job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs.
Make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews.
Assists HR department with pre-employment screening and onboarding
Ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Other Duties as assigned.
