As we continue to open new doors, we're inviting amazing people like you to join us.   As a Director, Small Business Solutions, you will lead a team of Business Advisors in several AB offices, providing leadership and oversight in connection with sales and service processes across the region. One of the CAIB, CIP, FCIP, and CRM designations   Once here, you'll: Have an inexhaustible curiosity to stay at the forefront of the insurance industry Lead a team of commercial lines Business Advisors, providing oversight, driving performance, and ensuring adherence to growth processes Work with the business advisors to support client retention and deliver necessary account services Partner with the marketing team to ensure high-quality submissions to markets Work closely with our industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for our clients Engage with clients, prospects, and insurance partners to support Business Advisors in delivering exceptional service Set individual goals, provide consistent performance coaching, and feedback, and identify and develop internal talent for future commercial segment roles Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads Travel as necessary   Want to get to know each other better?
