Westlie Ford, of Minot ND, is looking for a Full Time Admin position in our Parts Department.
The Parts Administrator performs clerical duties related to maintaining inventory control. Hours are 8am – 5pm M-F. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right person. $20 - $21 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities include...
Parts receiving and shipping.
Parts ordering and inventory control
Maintains order notification software & other data entry related to part tracking.
Process & track returns to vendors by matching inventory & credits
Reconcile till & journal report every morning.
Research and investigate when parts are missing, backordered, hard to find etc.
Files documentation related to Westlie parts department.
Assists Parts Manager
Helps with parts delivery when needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Automotive Parts experience a plus.
High school diploma or the equivalent
Ability to reconcile schedules and reports.
Attention to detail
Ability to perform routine administrative paperwork.
Valid Driver’s License
Computer Experience
Database management skills
Clerical, word processing, excel and/or office skills
