We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accounts payable records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain 1099 vendor records and process year-end 1099 Forms.
- Oversee and maintain proper control of Westminster-Canterbury’s Resident Trust Fund.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and provide support for audits as needed.
