Job Description

Job Summary :

Responsible for reading incoming orders & selecting the correct items (carton(s), pallet(s)) from the warehouse shelves before staging them for delivery. Must be able to operate forklifts, order pickers, & other machinery. Count out the appropriate number of goods to fulfill an order. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Collect order notes to fulfill deliveries
Picking out ordered items from storage shelves using barcodes, serial numbers, etc
Operate handling equipment according to industrial safety regulations
Manage stock control, including item replenishment & storage
Perform general warehouse duties as necessary

Required Skills & Abilities :

Within the assigned training period, must meet all qualifications of productivity, quality, and attendance criteria.

Forklift operation experience preferred.

Education & Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

The employee will be required to stand, walk, or work in a warehouse environment.

Requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and / or carry items up to 40 pounds

Work areas may be cold rooms or open warehouse spaces

Monday - Friday

7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm
