Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitors goals and performance metrics. This effort includes both conducting and monitoring measurable sales critical success factors, establishing, and monitoring a referral pipeline, quotas, and occupancy for Skilled Healthcare levels of care
- Embraces a culture of continuous self-improvement and self-correction
- Responds to requests for information in a timely manner with a high sense of urgency
- Assists in creating marketing and outreach campaigns that drive the book of business
- Dedicates 80% of time each week to outbound outreach appointments for the purpose of bringing in new referrals that convert to admissions and building a deep referral network beyond just the hospitals.
- Works in close cooperation with Admissions Counselor
- Sets appointments, makes presentations, and tours referral sources and prospective residents/families
- Develops and implements a quarterly outreach strategic plan on the template that is provided by the Corporate Director of Sales and VP of Strategic Marketing and Sales. Reviews with management on quarterly basis. The plan should outline and rank referral sources with the most focus spent on sources able to refer and very limited time on professionals with no referral potential.
- Develops and maintains productive relationships with various referral sources
- Promotes products and services to referral sources and potential patients
