- Conducting experiences with prospects of Westminster Village with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic presentation.
- Works with the Marketing Coordinator, Director of Sales and Marketing and the Plant Operations Director when redecorating and upgrading apartments, ranch homes to assist them in maintaining a work schedule of these properties.
- Assist Director of Sales and Marketing with maintaining an up-to-date inventory report which is a current listing of each living unit, its features, configuration, and status along with name of current resident.
- Promote the SalesFIRST culture community wide.
- Building community relationships and referral sources.
- Assist Director of Sales and Marketing maintaining an accurate competitive analysis report.
- Assist Director of Sales and Marketing and Marketing Coordinator with strategic event planning and implementation.
The Sales Counselor primary objective is to work with all prospective residents and sales team to achieve occupancy goals. This is achieved through conducting on-going staff training, building community relationships, and assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing with strategic planning for maximizing revenue and achieving occupancy goals.
- Education, preferably at least a bachelor’s degree in communication, sales and marketing or related field
- Is dedicated to the older population, their issues, and concerns
- Has the ability to manage multiple objectives and tasks
- Has previous successful sales experience, preferably selling to individuals making key life decisions
- Understands and is able to use proven sales methods, and lead prospects through decision processes
