To provide TWC members with treatments through thorough knowledge of your specific area be it massage, body, nail, and skin treatment modalities. Assist in the attainment of specific goals and TWC organizational goals. Comprehend and support TWC policies and standard procedures. Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for members’ needs in a professional manner. Maintain a brilliant smile and positive attitude even under the most trying circumstances. Thorough understanding of hospitality and service is a must.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional member service
- Be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and professional at all times
- Be an outgoing, dependable, and self-motivated individual
- Must possess excellent guest service experience and decision making capabilities
- Must possess a cooperative and positive attitude, exercising reason
- Must be dependable and flexible with schedule changes, cancellations, additions.
- Maintains and monitors work schedules as booked, exercising dependability and willingness to work with schedule flexibility
- Comply with all safety and health requirements of state, and federal regulations
- Carry out all reasonable requests by management, which the employee is capable of performing, including the necessary procedures to ensure proper pay
- Performs daily routine set up and break down of treatment rooms; maintains neat and well-stocked room
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Attendance at staff meetings may be required and you are expected to attend
- Thoroughly understand and perform all spa treatments, as listed in spa menu offerings

Qualifications
Knowledge and Skill Set Requirements
- Thorough understanding of all spa treatments as listed in protocol manual and spa menu
- Thorough understanding of service and hospitality
- Must require great skill with people. Must be able to speak and understand English.
Minimum Education/Prior Experience/ Qualifications Required
- Must hold current Massachusetts License
- Prior club spa experience a plus; must have at least 3 years’ experience in in 5-star spa/resort environment
- CPR/1st Responder Certification
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand on feet for at least 6 hours without a problem
- Must be able to understand and perform all services offered on spa menu
Standard Club Requirements:
Employees are expected to present a clean and neat appearance while on the job. Clothing is to be kept clean and pressed. Personal cleanliness is expected, including wearing deodorant, bathing and oral hygiene. Excessive make-up and jewelry is not permitted. Employees are expected to arrive to work on time and leave personal belongings at home or in a locker. Employees should conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with members, management and other staff.
Work Hours:
Full and Part time employees must work all scheduled shifts. We have a short three month season at the Westmoor Club and need every employee to be here 100% of the time that they were hired for. Requested days off will try to be honored by management but never guaranteed. If there is a scheduling need within the club, that takes priority. This includes Holiday’s, Mornings, Afternoons, Nights and Weekends. If an employee is sick they are expected to get their shift covered and speak directly to a manager for approval. All employee shift changes must be put in writing on a (shift change request form) and approved by a manager. We do understand that people get sick and things come up so please be flexible and helpful to other employees that may need a shift covered.
