Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. This may include positions in areas such as truck driving, logistics, and administration. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to determine suitability for open positions.
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Participate in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Maintain and update the organization's recruitment database.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to help attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Understanding of the trucking industry and the ability to effectively match candidates with appropriate positions.
