Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support administrative tasks, and assist with roofing-related activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, emails, invoicing, and financial records.
- Handle customer communication, including answering calls and entering information into the CRM.
- Oversee social media posting and engagement.
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and team support.
- Maintain project documentation, warranties, and job costing.
- Organize employee records, subcontractor files, and compliance paperwork.
- Support leadership with reports, checklists, and other administrative tasks.
