OPPORTUNITY
Immediate opening for a Manager - Investor Relations in our Dallas, TX office. The Manager- Investor Relations will work out of the corporate office located in Dallas, Texas, and will support the Director – Investor Operations in leading critical investor relations initiatives and serving as a key liaison between Westmount and its investors. This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to managing investor communications, supporting private capital teams and contributing to the firm’s marketing objectives as needed. This position reports directly to the Director - Investor Operations with full benefits. Dallas area applicants only.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

- Leading the preparation and distribution of quarterly notices, reports, and investor statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Overseeing the maintenance and management of the Salesforce CRM database, ensuring data integrity and providing insights for the investor relations team.
- Managing the investor portal, including regular updates to contact information, uploading distribution letters and investor reports, and troubleshooting access issues.
- Driving the planning, organization, and execution of investor events, such as conferences, dinners, and special functions.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to produce impactful materials for investor communications and presentations.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, coordinating responses across departments to ensure a seamless experience.
- Identifying process improvements and implementing best practices for investor relations operations.
- Managing additional projects and initiatives as needed to support Westmount’s strategic goals.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional work experience in an office setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong investor relationships.
- Organized and articulate. This position requires a high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- SalesForce.com experience a plus.
- A proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
