Summary
Perform a variety of duties to support the credit and loan operation; coordinate work within the department as well with other departments; interacting with and communicating information to loan operations management, commercial banking staff, accounting department and loan review; complying with operating policies and procedures established for loan operations.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for imaging and reviewing all onset and post-servicing loan documentation utilizing Synergy and loan origination system. Understand the purpose of loan documents and the requirements based on collateral types.
- Responsible for verifying the accuracy of loan documents imaged or uploaded into Synergy and/or loan origination system are categorized and indexed accordingly.
- Responsible for maintaining and keeping audit of files being imaged/uploaded utilizing the loan origination system.
- Responsible for the ongoing filing, archiving, and retention of all loan and collateral imaged files in accordance with set retention periods.
- Responsible for the ongoing upkeep the credit/lending vault.
- Responsible for gathering outstanding tracking item exceptions of recorded documents items utilizing public records county web sites.
- Responsible for processing daily partial and paid-out loan releases.
- Perform loan related address changes on the core system.
- Utilize various reporting tools and loan origination system to efficiently ensure accuracy of all booked loans.
- Perform additional loan research as necessary.
- Provide proactive support to lending and credit staff.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with lending staff and management to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all documents for optimal performance and smooth transition from origination to post-funding servicing.
- Carries out responsibilities with professionalism and respect for others and within the Bank’s policy; as well to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Banking Regulations.

Required Education, Experience, Skills
- Prior banking experience; knowledge loan and collateral documents preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs, Adobe and browser based applications.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
