The primary purpose of the Social Work job is to organize, implement and evaluate social services for all Long Term Patients in accordance with current State and Federal Regulations, assuring the highest degree of resident care is always maintained.
The candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related Field, have a minimum of 2 years experience in Long Term Care and / or hospital setting.
