Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, directing calls as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars using computerized systems.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Process billing errors and assist with basic billing tasks.
  • Conduct chart audits to ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and office environment.
  • Assist with clerical tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Utilize Office Suite for administrative tasks such as document creation and email correspondence.
  • Handle client inquiries with care and professionalism.
  • Support team members with various administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role preferred. Experience in a medical or mental health setting is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in data entry, computer skills, and familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
